Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) & Head of Professional Services

Trung leads LucenAI's commercial strategy and customer delivery, translating technical capability into tangible business value.

He is responsible for partnerships, market engagement and the successful deployment of LucenAI's platform across client environments.

Bridging research, engineering and implementation, Trung ensures LucenAI's solutions deliver secure, practical and sustainable outcomes for organisations.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Brian brings together deep expertise in cybersecurity and applied AI. He holds a First Class Honours degree in Software Engineering and began collaborating with Dr Yu at the University of Derby, where he architected a commercial AI system for Bloc Digital as his capstone project, supported by EMIZ funding.

As CTO, Brian leads LucenAI's engineering function, managing teams responsible for designing, building, and scaling the platform and customer solutions.

Alongside his work in AI, he has an extensive background in security governance as the founder of Projix. This combination ensures LucenAI's technology is not only intellectually advanced, but engineered for security, resilience, and industrial-scale deployment.

Dr Harry Yu

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

An Associate Professor in Data Science at the University of Derby, Dr Yu is a recognised authority in retrieval-augmented generation and knowledge graphs.

Alongside his executive role, he provides technical leadership and mentorship, and acts as LucenAI's link to the university's research community. Through this connection, LucenAI is able to test and validate ideas with leading experts in computer science, data science, and mathematics.

Dr Yu ensures the company's vision is grounded in rigorous scientific method and next-generation data architecture.
